Claire O’Dwyer
Hi everyone. I am Claire O’Dwyer, a new member of Malahide Camera Club, who always had a keen interest in photography for as long as I can remember. I love most genres of photography, particularly Landscapes, Wildlife, Birds, Animals, Portraits & Street Photography - anything really that catches my eye, especially if there is a fun element to it.
Everyday is a new learning day with photography and much gratitude to the Club. I learned an awful lot this year and met some lovely like minded people along the way. Really looking forward to next year. I hope you enjoy the exhibition.

Curious Cow
This image was taken on a nice day in the locality as we are very lucky to have a Biodiversity Project with some sheep and highland cows. This particular cow was just very curious and followed me around as I walked around the perimeter of the field with my camera and she peeped her head over the wall to say hello - hence the name of the image Curious Cow.
Sunrise
I love capturing sunrises - this image was taken locally very early one spring morning. It reminds me of a Serengeti Sunrise but on my doorstep.
I love getting up early on a shoot as all is still and quiet and if weather is good it’s great to capture a lovely sunrise and be grateful to see a gorgeous start to the day.
