Dave Derby is an avid award-winning photographer has a love of capturing “The Moment” with people, candid shots, street photography and the wonder and beauty of land and seascapes.  David’s interest in the art of photography started at sixteen years of age after converting a defunct coal shed at the back of his parent’s home into a darkroom, fascinated by watching the magic of an image appear in the developing tray imprinted a longing to produce his own captivating images some of which were presented and sold at PFAC (The Peninsula Fine Arts Centre) in Newport News Virginia.
