This image was taken in Northumberland in evening light in late Winter. I love the calmness of the water and the soft light giving a sense of tranquillity to the evening. The light stayed for about twelve minutes and gave stunning reflections on the water and surrounding beach.
Kilfarrasay Beach
I was in Waterford in November last year with a few fellow photographers from the club and this image was taken on a bitterly cold November morning at sunrise. Did I mention it was bitterly cold…. ! The tide was coming in, and I was so taken with the stunning sunrise colours reflecting on the water, that the tide got the better of me and I ended up with two wellies full of water. It was worth it !!
