Harry Reynolds LIPF

I'm a founding member of Malahide Camera Club and mainly interested in environmental portraits and floral nature images. However, at present, I am trying out Infra-Red Photography. I have a camera adapted for this purpose. I love the ethereal feel to the IR images.

Kilgar House

Kilgar Gardens is a 3-acre site of several small gardens in Kilcock, Co Meath. This image was taken on a bright, but cloudy, day.

Kilmacurragh, Wicklow

Kilmacurragh, in Co. Wicklow, is part of the National Botanic Gardens and is particularly famous for its conifer and rhododendron collections. However, this IR photo was taken looking out of the gardens towards the wonderful Wicklow landscape. In an IR image, the foliage is rendered snowy white and the blue sky black.
