Roisin Nugent

As one of the founder members of the camera club I’ve happily spent the last thirty-odd years enjoying the hobby, learning lots from guest-speakers and fellow-members and, most importantly to me, making great friends.

Pat the Poet

I took this photo of a family friend and poet Pat Ingoldsby at Howth pier where he regularly sold his books. As many people in Malahide know, Pat loved our village to his very bones and wrote about it often with great insight and characterful detail. I hope to have captured some of Pat’s own unique character in this shot.

Winter White

I’ve also included a photo of a flower trapped in ice. I love experimenting with this technique and would recommend anyone give it a go - you never know what kind of image might emerge!
